In Memorium

I sold this car April of 2010. The car was stolen from the new owner in September of that year.

The same night of the theft, the thief was apprehended at a high rate of speed via a spike belt laid down by the police 150 miles from the theft point.

The car left the road and was damaged beyond repair.

The car had an alarm system with kill switch. For some reason, on the night of the theft the system was unarmed.

Luv The 'Stang !

It's For Sale!! $5900!!

I will be selling my Mustang this Spring (2010). I am no longer a car guy.
Since I've had my motorcycle I'm no longer interested in 4 wheels. I now ride a GSX-R750 (Suzuki) which will leave any four wheeled vehicle in the Okanagan far behind.

I bought this Beautiful Mustang on September 19, 2001 not long after the 9/11 attack on the WTC.

It's a 5-Speed with the 5.0 Litre H.O. V-8.
Disc Brakes all around and Black Leather Interior.
A/C, Cruise, Power Seat, Leather Steering Wheel
17' Wheels. 255/45 Z Rated Tires.

This car is strictly a toy. My wife and I go for day long road trips throughout southern British Columbia.

Here I am by the car in Osoyoos, about a 4 hour round trip from Kelowna.

One thing that makes my car unique is the pinstriping treatment that serves to break up the mass of yellow and ties in with the black interior.

Everyone loves this car, I get looks from people of all ages, males and females, especially females!

If I was parked beside a Porsche 911 my Mustang would still get most of the admiration.

One of the features I really enjoy are the exhaust sounds, lot of deep gurgling, burbling sounds with some cool popping on deceleration.

I hardly ever listen to the sound system in the car, I prefer listening to the engine noise and exhaust.

The only thing about the Mustang I would change if I had the inclination and cash is the vertical stance.

The car really needs needs to be lowered 1.5 to 2 inches, there is just too much space in the wheel wells.

The fact that the car is a convertible is a great bonus. I seldom drive the car with the top up, just during the cold winter days if I drive it at all then.

Any temperature between 5 and 25C is perfect for topless driving. Kelowna can get really hot during midsummer, temperatures of 35C are not unusual and that's just too darn hot to have the top down.

So I find Spring and Fall are the ideal Seasons for 'Stangin'

I bought the car used from Scott Chrysler dealer in Kelowna, I believe it had about 87,000 km at the time. The paint was flawless as was the condition of the car in general.

I've really pampered the car for the first 5 years I owned it, keeping it garaged and covered up until the purchase of our 2006 Saturn Vue. Since May of 2006 its been parked outside exposed to the elements.

Nothing lasts forever.

One of the best features of this car is the comfort level of the interior. It fits my body perfectly.

The spacing of the pedals, gear shift, steering wheel and seating position is all perfect for my body dimension. I can cruise in this car for hours and still feel good.

I've kept the 5 Litre stock except for a K&N Filter. The 225 HP and 300 lb/ft of Torque is plenty enough for me. It'll do 0-60 in 7 seconds and has a top speed of 140.

Even though the motor is redlined at 5900 rpm, I seldom take it past 4500 because there really is no need to.

Best thing about the motor is the instant response to throttle input. Not the smoothest or quietest engine, but that's part of the mystique of the Mustang.

The 94/95 Mustang has to have the sexiest curves of any Mustang Model. Again, I am biased but I haven't seen a Mustang before or since 1994/95 that has a better look.

This picture was taken next to Skaha Lake in Penticton one cold November day. It's one of my favorite pictures of the Mustang, the grey shed in the background with the one yellow side is a pretty cool coincidence.

1994/95 were the only years with this tail light treatment. I might be biased but I think its a HOT look.

The stance of the Stang front to rear is cool. The ass end sticks up in the air as if to say: "this is all you're really going to see".
